If you loved waxing your car with the tin can car wax, then this will bring back those memories. This tire wax is the most unique forms of tire shine that I’ve seen. The design of the container is nice but in order to use it, you first have to remove the foam applicator and set it down somewhere, then get your finger nails up under the lip of the top plastic applicator holder and then set that down somewhere, then you have to get a flat head or use your nails to open up the tin lid of the can and set it down somewhere. The tire dressing on the inside of the tin can reminded me of the trim dressing that is very common in a bottle, it’s white thick liquid that is oily to the touch and super slick. I felt that because it’s very vicious that when you apply it to the tire, it causes the liquid to collect into the cracks and grooves of the tire and not really spread that well. This Tire Wax is also able to be used on plastic trim as well and I experienced a bit better time using it for that. It has a nice subtle shine to it which is nice when you don’t want that super glossy look. It doesn’t smell like anything and I felt that dealing with the tin lid ended up getting my fingers all messy. Overall this tire wax is a cool design but not for me, it’s too much of a hassle to end up using and it didn’t spread well for me on my tires but after loading it up the tire does look nice.
